★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a help in getting financing at first for a campground. But after "buying them out" had a somewhat abnormal problem with them holding a charge on land they no longer had title to. Took it to my lawyer and got it straightened out. NOT a great company to deal with unless you have to. Better lender now and better interest rate! BYE PILLAR!!!
