★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family-owned business that has by far the most knowledgable boat mechanic in the West Island. Very reasonable prices. Been going there since I was a child with my parents. Ask for Vando, there's absolutely nothing the guy can't fix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there around closing time the lady there tried everything to help me look for what I need she even brought Vando (Boss) to help me out, he was working on a boat but still took the time to explain and help show me what I need to look for in order to fix a water pump problem on my ChrisCraft, very nice people, very polite, and very professional, I'm so impressed by their amazing service and dedication that I'd recommend them to anyone I know.
In this day and age it's hard to find someone who cares unless it's for money right away, but these people showed me different, that's why I'm writing this review and I'd give them 10 stars instead of 5 if I can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my boat he was rude after I tried to call him all week he didn't answer or respond to my calls then I show up he tells me my boat is ready and he gives me a 1500 dollar bill for stuff I never asked him to do and told me I would lock up my boat until I pay and if I have a problem I should take him to court that that is how he does business if he sees something he wants to change he changes it he doesn't need to ask if the customer wants it done or not

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality of service as he's lacking staff and only has an older lady answering calls. horrible service I was asking for a price to rebuilt my engine and I got no straight price or answer he says he needs to start the boat and then he will know ....never heard that before
I found a different boat place not far , gave me a good price and got the job done in a week

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there and there is a lady that barely speaks English or French from what I could comprehend she said she was the owners mother , she asked if I could wait for 20 min or come back so I waited the owner showed up (very rude) asked me what I wanted and I was there for oil for my boat so I asked him if he can give me the right oil and he said this is it but its not guarantee that it'll be here . p.s. I. gave him the vin and year make model of my boat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not professional, no respect of deadlines. Everyday it's gonna be done the day after :)) it's a one-man show and the man is moody, not rigorous and has no clue what means customer service. I just did basic job over there so cannot attest about his mechanical skills. But I am not surprised when I read the bad stories from other reviewers.
But good place to buy oil or some parts (if he has them :)))))))
