Ne respecte pas ce que l'on nous dit au téléphone : j'ai appelé en mars pour une soumission et je l'ai accepté le même mois, on me dit qu'il n'y a plus de disponibilité pour installer un toit Bimini jusqu'à la fin mai. D'accord, on me dit que je suis sur une liste d'attente. Vers la mi-mai, aucun retour donc j'appelle. On ne dit qu'il n'y a plus de place avant le mois d'août et que leur liste d'attente n'existait plus. Je demande a avoir un rendez vous plus tôt, on me donne le 19 juillet, je me déplace pour donner le dépôt. Rendu sur place, on m'informe que ce sera en août. Assez déplaisant merci mais finalement je parle au proprio qui me dit qu'il va me passer dans la semaine du 21 juin. Parfait, je paye le dépôt. Je me présente le 21 juin, laisse mon bateau et repart. On me rappelle une heure plus tard pour me dire qu'ils n'ont pas le temps ni les matériaux pour le faire. Je dois aller chercher mon bateau et ça sera pas avant le mois d'août. Ça me met en colère de voir qu'ils n'ont pas de paroles en plus d'avoir réservé ma place avec un dépôt et que pourtant on m'a référé cette place. En plus de ça, j'ai eu un prix par courriel et quand j'ai voulu faire le dépôt le prix avait changé. Au début, je voulais payer le prix que l'on avait dit mais puisque l'on me faisait passer cette semaine, j'ai accepté le nouveaux prix, histoire de faire ma part dans tout ça. Finalement, ça n'aura servi à rien! Si vous ne voulez pas attendre ou vous faire niaiser pour rien, n'y aller pas tout simplement... I do not recommend this place for several reasons ... Does not respect what we are told on the phone: I called in March for a quote and I accepted it the same month, I am told that there is no more availability to install a Bimini top until the end of May. Okay, I'm told I'm on a waiting list. Around mid-May, no return so I called. We do not say that there is no more space before August and that their waiting list no longer exists. I ask to have an appointment earlier, I am given on July 19, I travel to give the deposit. When I got there, I was informed that it would be in August. Quite unpleasant thank you but finally I speak to the owner who tells me that he will pass me in the week of June 21. Perfect, I pay the deposit. I show up on June 21, leave my boat and leave. I am called back an hour later to tell me that they do not have the time or the materials to do it. I have to go get my boat and it won't be until August. It makes me angry to see that they have no words besides having reserved my place with a deposit and yet I was referred to this place. On top of that, I got a price by email and when I wanted to make the deposit the price had changed. At the beginning, I wanted to pay the price that we had said but since I was given this week, I accepted the new price, just to do my part in all of that. Ultimately, it will have been for nothing! If you don't want to wait or get fooled for nothing, just don't go ...
