January 2020 bought a motorcycle from Mathias Sport from my salesman (Name will be left out) good experience with him.Started February 9th all the papers were signed, Discovered that the VIN number on the official dealer papers did not exist? After a few phone calls this was regulated. Then came the delivery I got a call from my salesman for a time delivery on May the 15th 2020 at 10am Get there, I’m not on the list for delivery? The staff outside were very helpful they got my motorcycle and the transit, when I seen my bike wow! Sprayed It with hard water from a garden hose and put in the sun bad! + the “not optional” service plan extra $299 + tax keys in hand with inspection and ready to ride not completed. Not one oil, filter or spark-plug changed, not washed, empty on gas, air pressure in the tires all low, mirror loose? Luckily, I brought a trailer with me because I could not/would not get on it and ride away! Came with a 10-day transit good till.After trying to talk to someone I sent an email to H.Caron and M.Guisiaon “I found there emails address on google reviews” Got an email response from D.Beaulieu “Power Sport Supervisor” with no argument, no explanations and a full refund for the keys in hand program. Helpful? Said thank you. Made an appointment at the SAAQ, I got Monday June 8th, 2020.Now took time off work “1.5 Hours” to go and find out that I was missing paperwork to transfer registration into my name? Called Mathias Sport! Asked to speak to a manger/director urgently and was told someone will give me a call back? no one was available to take my call? Salesman “not a director” called me back that evening and told me he will work on my file. Texted me after a while and told me that now his director is working on my file and had to verify with the SAAQ exactly what I needed.Got a call from my salesman (still no word from a director or manager) on Wednesday 10th June saying that his manager said “The paperwork is on the way".Friday June 12th still no news, Monday June 15th ,30 days after I got my bike “dealer warranty is now over” that I have been paying for since February 9th. I completed a maintenance and have taken it out for 8 days since I've been looking at it in the garage for the last 20 days during this beautiful weather and still counting... I still must make another appointment at the SAAQ and wait the required delay and foresee more time off work.Not blaming one person, I’m upset with the team.You have all my info this might be the only way I could get into contact with you because all other attempts have failed! I would recommend customer service needs a serious overhaul. Till then I would not recommend your team! Sorry for wasting all your time it won’t happen again!!! Hoping you all understand how frustrating and maddening this whole situation is for me.Tuesday June 16th, At 10:30am J.Plancque (Powersport Sales Director) called me saying that one of the employs had told him that (I am very unsatisfied customer as per Google review), I asked J.Pancque if he read the Google review he said “no”, I asked him to read it then to give me a call back so he could understand why he was calling me. He then told me that “I will, and I will also try to get ahold of the old owner today for the missing paperwork to get this all settled” (I thought this was done last Monday the 8th June?) received an email at 5:15pm admitting that it was indeed there mistake and tried calling the old owner today to recover them with no respond, he will try again tomorrow and contact me with news, also that he was sorry that the shopping experience is not up to my expectations.Wednesday the 17th June at 4:00pm and still no phone/text or email from the manager. My salesman called me around 4:30pm to explain what was going on and to listen to my frustrations with all this.Thursday June 18th was contacted by J.Pancque saying that he had just received all the papers. June 20th got a call from D.Beaulieu saying your salesman will meet you at your house.I made an appointment at the SAAQ for July 7th to have the transfer completed.

Had an excellent experience and service. Bought my first motorcycle and worked together to find the best price. Today went to go get it, they explained all what I needed to know before starting to use it. Overall I recomend and would buy my next one there again! Employees super friendly and willing to help you. Thank you!

My experience started great with this dealership when I saw a 2016 Campagna T-Rex for sale that is until I went to pick it up. Now for context, and to be fair, I inked the deal on March 14, 2020 at the dealer, which was a 10 hour round trip by car from where I live in Ontario. Further, both governments (Quebec & Ontario) shutdown both provinces due to COVID-19 so I had to wait to pick it up which is completely understandable. I stayed in contact with the dealer until they advised that their government was allowing for the scheduled deliveries by appointment only. I booked a delivery time of May 4, 2020 at 9am with a person by the name of Philippe. During that conversation, I was told that the mechanic has just serviced the T-Rex and it was now covered and ready to be picked. I arrived at the dealership 40 minutes before my appointment thinking I would be out of the no later than 10am at the latest. However, the dealer did not have the following items: •Ownership / Title for the vehicle •Sales / Financial paperwork in English Now, if that wasn’t bad enough I tested the vehicle before leaving only to find out that the dealer needs to rebuild the transmission because the vehicle would not go into reverse. I just do not understand how one minute the vehicle is fine and the mechanic tested it but now they have to rebuild the transmission? I do not suppose I will ever get an answer on that item. Although I am disappointed in my experience, the dealer has tried to make it right. They have offered me financial compensation and free delivery from Quebec to Ontario for the inconvenience to which I have accepted. My rating today reflects my experience to date however; if the dealer can deliver the following by the week of May 18, 2020, I will happily change my rating. •Ownership / Title for the vehicle •Sales / Financial paperwork in English •Reimbursement Cheque -- June 18, 2020 Update --- Well the dealership did in fact deliver the unit as they promised however and as I suspected they lied about refunding the money they promised and as such I will be sure to let all my friends and sources online not to purchase from this place.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Management has been completely unprofessional and unresponsive after failing to deliver our boat after multiple issues. It took my partner and I 4 days and over 20 phone calls to even speak to someone other than reception.

We are very happy with all the work Mathias Marine Sports did for us and would highly recommend them for any service or repairs you need completed! We would also recommend them for winter storage! They told us they are the largest indoor heated boat storage facility in North America. Their facility has about 400,000 square feet (about 13 football fields) of indoor heated storage. In addition, they can do any service work needed. We had 4 solar panels installed on our roof, added a larger inverter, new batteries, swapped our electric cooktop to induction, and had some fiberglass and prop repair done, among other things. They did a great job on everything we asked them to do! Being in Quebec, the primary language is French, but our service manager at Mathias Marine Sports and most employees speak very good English. Costs are in Canadian Dollars of course, so If you are from the US like us, a bill of $1,000 Canadian is currently a little less than $800 US. Our service manager did an excellent job of communicating with us over the winter while our boat was being worked on. He personally made sure everything was completed and once we came back to Mathias Marine Sports to pick up the boat, spent even more time with us to confirm that everything was working correctly and fine-tuned each project as needed. Very pleased with my experience dealing with Mathias Sport. A special thanks to Nathan, my salesperson and Vincent Levillain from the service department. The details below are worth reading to appreciate the excellent service and how this dealership stand behind their products. I had been shopping for a specific motorcycle for awhile and found one online at Mathias but unfortunately they are 220 km from my home. I called the store and spoke with Nathan who was very thorough in describing the condition and appearance of the motorcycle to me. He even took additional photos and was ready to answer any of my questions or concerns. Not being able to see the bike personally before purchasing and not wanting to have to make a second trip, they agreed to have the motorcycle ready for pickup with the condition that I was pleased with it when I arrived. If I wasn't, they would reimburse my deposit fully. I arrived at the dealership and was more than pleased with the motorcycle. It was as Nathan had described it... in showroom condition! Vincent help me load and secure the bike in my trailer and I brought it home. A few days later, I took the motorcycle to my mechanic for the required Ontario safety check and was informed that the rear tire did not pass inspection and would have to be replaced. I emailed Vincent immediately of the bad news and within a few hours, received a response from him indicating that they would reimburse me the cost of the new tire and the installation without dispute or hesitation. Once I got the invoice, I sent it off to him and within days I had a cheque for the full amount arrive at my home. I can't say enough how impressed I am with this kind of service. No hassle, no arguing... just pure " We aim to please" service. This will be my go to place from now one when purchasing any new toys even if it means travelling 2.5 hours.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with ordering parts, asked them to order certain parts, waited for a phone call they never called back I had to call them 4 times just for them to say they will call me back and the last time I called them they told me the parts I ordered was never in history of my account.

last october, they were the only Indian dealer open on saturday so I drove 2 hrs to get there. The staff was very knowledgeable and they took all the time required to answer my questions so I bought my motorcycle right away!
