Their customer service is the best I've ever experienced! I appreciate that they reserved the piano when I was deciding, although this model was in high demand. Their online communication is also extremely responsive.

I live in West Ottawa had been searching for a piano from Toronto up to Montreal, and Lee and his sales reps have come up with a great deal that I was not able to reject. The planning took several month since I was purchasing Yamaha N3 for my new house and Lee was very patient, answering every single question I had very professionally. He found one of the most trusted movers and supervised the packaging of the piano himself. When I received the piano, it was in an excellent shape. Installation went very smooth. Throughout entire puchasing process, there were no mistakes done by Lee and his team. Highly recommended!!!

I tried purchasing this digital keyboard at the local music stores (Ontario) and online but was rather disappointed by the quality of service. Mr. Lee Bartholomew and staff at Piano Heritage fulfilled my order and had my NEW keyboard shipped to me quicker than most of my amazon orders! Their website was easy to use and in nearly 24hrs, the keyboard arrived at my doorstep. Lee even called to follow up with my order as soon as it arrived, incredible! I can not recommend Piano Heritage enough! Will be referring friends and family to Piano Heritage for their keyboard and piano needs.

Terrible after sales support. Bought a Yamaha bass guitar. Called twice and was promised a call back regarding calibration. Nothing. If you buy a guitar from them, you will have to find a guitar store like a did and pay out of pocket for the calibration.

I went to Piano Heritage because I was looking for a new Clavinova. The shop has a lot of demo piano and you can play every instrument in the shop. This is of course very important. The delivery was free for my purchase (clp 745). I paid a fee to book a piano, which is fine considering the logistic problems in this period. The piano arrived after more than 2 months, as expected. The packaging was premium and the quality of the material is reflecting the premium price paid. The overall experience with the shop was not positive: I had to call 3-4 times, the piano arrived in Ontario but was not being delivered because the shop wanted to optimize the shipment. I had other shops with stock already, calling me every other day to update me on the delivery but not a single call from Heritage. Once the piano finally arrived to the shop, nobody called, not sure about the delivery, I was told I had to speak directly with the delivery guy to organize... And he would have called me as soon as available. I decided to go take the piano and bring it home personally. I went to the shop as agreed with the lady at the phone, she was not present and neither the piano. At this point I was told to pay and then to go to the wasehouse (20 min. Driving by Car). I looked for some learning book while waiting, I was alone in the shop, nobody came to me to assist. When you buy a product that costs as a used car, you expect much more consideration. I guess after I paid the reservation fee they had no real interest in me. Goes without saying, I did not get any follow-up call after the payment, asking if everything was good, if the product was correct or simply to ask a feedback. I read other comments, so maybe I was simply not lucky. Maybe Lee (the owner, which I never met) would have done the experience differently, but I received a way better service from other shops who called to have news after I told them that I had to buy from Heritage because I had the reservation fee paid already... I will not go to this shop again and cannot recommend it. I will go to other shops in the future for other purchases I will do. We will eventually buy an acoustic, but will go to other shops in Montreal.

Excellent store if you are looking for a Yamaha Clavinova. You can try all the various models out and compare. The sales people...I met two sales people who are very knowledgable and helpful if you have any questions.I went back a few times to try out different models and was always treated very well and courteous. They make buying a very pleasurable experience.Delivery was straight forward.
