★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a message in the tracking says that they attempted to deliver the order and they left a notice but in fact I’m in the house the whole day no one knock on the door or call they don’t even try to contact me and they don’t leave any notice. I’ll try to call purolator but no one answer for 30 minutes and their virtual assistant always telling me to follow the notice they gave me and I keep trying to explain that no one show up in the house and I don’t have the notice. I’m stuck right now and don’t know what to do or who to contact. Probably I’ll just wait until they return the package to the sender

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instead of following my instruction, that knuckle head made me pay double for the service i didnt ask. At last i got rejection from the IRCC for the poor picture quality and improper background set up. I asked for refund and he just gave me half refund. So I over paid and i got nothing but rejection. Please dont go here for the passport photo service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy at the store is really smart. I went there to sent something through Purolator. He wanted us to buy the most expensive service from them even though you don't want it. He will try to rip you off. He will not even tell you the options to you have to sent it even if you ask him. He will do the job but he is ridiculous and rip you off. Be careful and ask him questions before you start.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought I was the only person who felt that this location has the worst service- I am not the only one.
I returned a monitor back to the manufacturer with the exact same packaging it came in. I hadn't even opened the package as it was supposed to be cancelled before it came in.
When I went to the counter it was as if the manager was looking for a way to make money from me. He said it needs to be taped better. Piece of tape for $2. I just left the place, went to penguin express (which is much better- highly recommended) and dropped-off my item. Not one problem!
PLEASE NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION. Even if other locations are closed.

Mr. Sylvester Rajaratnam the owner of this company is a very helpful person and maintain a high level of professionalism. Recently he helped me to send a parcel to Sri Lanka via Fedex. The parcel reached my mother with in two weeks time period with no extra cost. The Fedex associate Mr. Saravanan Rajarathnam who works in Sri Lanka helped me beyond his limits. I would highly recommend Photofast Worldwide shipping center to anyone looking for a courier service with quality and honest, specially via Fedex.
