d	dirt snow h2O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a lot of good experiences at Phil's and equally as many bad. I support local so we always give it another chance and the food is great. The problems are with service when they happen. At least twice in the last few years we have watched people come in after us, order after us and get their food first and even leave before us! I decided to review now because this particular time our food was great as usual but our waitress was just a miserable inattentive woman. Plus I don't know how they get away with not checking vaccines when any other restaurant in this province does, not only that but none of the cooks wear a mask nor does the owner of the restaurant when he walks about, it is clear their stance on covid-19 and the rules. I don't care what you believe or what anyone believes but I don't like the fact that you think you can do what you want when any other business like yours follows the rules. For this reason we will not be coming back until covid-19 is no longer a thing.
