★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very unimpressed. I had booked an appointment for 1230 today. Waited 5 minutes and called and left a message. I had also Facebook and texted her to see what was going on. Her only explanation was that she thought I was at 12. She never once looked back on the post that we discussed the time nor did she try to contact me about the appointment.
When I heard from her it was only a text, a call would've been the professional thing to do. Instead of offering to come back or to reschedule she just told me to have a good day. A distinct lack of professionalism and customer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT go to this flake of a hair stylist. She has rarely showed up on time for appointments if she shows up at all. She will read messages on Facebook confirming appts days in advance, you can see when she's read them and you show up to a dark salon , doors locked. If you're lucky she'll post a sticky note on the door with some bs excuse or she'll pretend like she didn't see your fb message. DOES NOT respect other people's time. Fallon shouldn't continue with this business if she can't be bothered to show some simple human decency in regards to her clientele. Time to grow up and run a professional shop or don't bother at all. This has happened to other ppl I know as well. I'm not a bad or fussy client as I respect this industry and what these girls go through . I tip well and had given her mutiple chances to redeem herself. Now I have an amazing stylist who appreciates her clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible uneven haircuts and rush job color. Walked out unhappy everytime but gave her a chance. Do not reccommend unless u dont care what your hair looks like. Poor scheduling management.
