A	Azpin Grace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wish there was a 0 star option lol. this place honestly has the worst service and staff i’ve ever seen. everytime i go there they mess up my order, and tonight i called because they messed up my order, and i went back to pickup the fixed order, and once arriving home i realized they had made THE EXACT SAME mistake. We called and told them, and they said they only gave us one patty on the burger because it made up for the patty they forgot in the first place. they were ignorant on the phone when we called AGAIN, so concluding i will never visit this establishment again.

M	Meghan Ansell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service experience, extremely unprofessional management. Was accused of lying by not one, but TWO members of management. I spent over $30 on food, am a frequent customer and donated along with my bill.. I got home to realise I only received 1 fries when I had paid for two (stated on the receipt). I called them to let them know, and was accused of lying by the manager who put together my order, stating that she was 100% sure she put them in. Well I can very honestly tell you she did not, she then proceeded to pass the phone off to the main manager of the Wendy's on Central who also accused me of lying (without checking the video). She repeatedly stated "why would she say she is sure she put them in if she did not?". Well that is a good question, I am rather curious of that myself. After being accused of lying multiple times—and I remind you this is over 1 large fries—she said she would check the camera footage. I left her my phone number and requested that she call me and apologize after viewing the footage... I am still waiting for the apology.

I’ve had it 3 times, I understand it’s free this month, but I purchase other stuff also, the coffee every single time is hardly even warm. It’s not even somewhat close to being hot. Coffee is supposed to be served hot, slightly warmer coffee is gross! And it’s all 3 times I’ve had it. Can’t expect people to come back and purchase this, or come for breakfast
