★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nancy is amazing. She works with our whole family. Myself for issues related to being a new, out of shape runner. She even went running with me, assessed my form and has given me a program to help build muscle, strengthen and help prevent injury. She works with my husband post op for shoulder surgery and also with our teenage son for sports related injuries. She's kind, professional and knows her stuff. Happy to work with Nancy and highly recommended.
