We called Lordco who came to our rescue as quickly as possible with a battery and helped do the install for us too (in less than 15 min). We’re so appreciative of your help and kindness! Thank you! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feb. 10th...WOW, excellent manners, friendly and quick service from Kim. As soon as I entered the store , Kim was managing another customer but he made immediate contact with me that he'd be right with me. I was in and out in about 7 minutes. This man is polite, a great multitasker I could see. I appreciate his efforts at customer service. I would ask the company to install handicap door opener buttons as staff and customers potentially carry out heavy items.
Please honor your staff withmonth insentives and post their photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are always great, very helpful and generally knowledgable given there is quite a a bit to know about a number of different products.
I've found Lordco generally to be somewhat overpriced for items right off the shelf but with my discount it brings it down to a more competitive price.
Without a discount I would definately consider shopping elsewhere. That being said I live in a small community and there is not many choices so I try to plan ahead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I literally walked in here and out within 5 minutes, because I spent three and a half minutes at the front entrance looking at the display counter contemplating if I needed wd40 or a propane fire ring. If they arranged the shop more like Ikea I probably would have stayed for 45 minutes. No one asked me how it was going, or if I needed assistance, and I'm glad they didn't. Four stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ after being a loyal Lordco guy for 20 years, this store has turned me back to NAPA, or even driving to Invermere to go to Canadian tire.
20 minutes in the store, not a single acknowledgement of my presence from the 2 young men at the counter. both were initially on the phone but when one got off, did a couple things at his station then walked to the back not to be seen in the next 5 minutes I waited. this would have been an ideal time to say "I'll be right with you sir"... pathetic customer service. even when on the phone its possible to at least acknowledge one's presence, even if it's just a simple head nod, but even that was to much for this generation that is gonna make life so much better. I can't explain how disappointed I am.
