★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for my hair to be lightened with no stripes or streaks. There are stripes and streaks. It looks trashy which is exactly what I asked not to have happen. My hair is very thin and straight and the stylist absolutely ripped through my hair while wet with a brush just shredding the healthy ends I had. The stylist I had was meant to be the "expert" on lightening. Not the case. Do not get your hair lightened here. Also had it cut a few months ago and one side was longer than the other. Nice people with sub par small town skills. Just go to Calgary and save your money
