Had the pleasure of purchasing my very first vehicle from this dealership. This review in particular is for the sales consultant that I had the pleasure of dealing with. Ambross, was extremely professional, knowledgable and very friendly throughout this entire process and on numerous occasions he went above and beyond my expectations. I just wanna say how grateful I am and what a wonderful asset he is to the organization.

I recently purchased a 2019 911 Carrera 4 without ever seen it as I am located in Montreal. At that time, Pfaff had a better inventory than the local dealerships. So I had to rely entirely on the sales representative assigned to me: Richard Butler. That ended up being a very good thing. In addition to being very informed about his vehicles, he truly wanted to make my buying experience a pleasant one. For example, when I realized the car had a front licence plate holder (where in Quebec, we don't need any), Mr. Butler took it upon himself to, not only have the holder removed, but arrange to have the entire front end resurfaced to make sure there weren't any holes or scratches. It was perfect! A couple of days later, I received the car in Montreal in immaculate condition. Although the odometer read 14,000 kms, my new vehicle looked BRAND NEW. The paint and all interior plastic, like door sills and leathers were spotless. The car litterally looked like it just rolled out of Porsche factory in Germany. I couldn't believe it! Later in the financial aspect of the transaction, enters Taylor Smith. He was very patient and flexible with respect to my methods of payment and more than helpful to answer any tricky questions I might have, as he was equally knowledgeable about the Porsche brand. Both representatives were honest, friendly and went out of their way to help me out as this was my very first Porsche purchase. I was somewhat nervous about buying it at a distance without seeing it first, but it turned out to be better than I would have ever expected. You can imagine what I felt like when I saw that black machine rolling out of a very high-end delivery truck... I highly recommend anyone to purchase a Porsche at Pfaff. You won't regret it! 6 stars rating!

I met with Tyler A. when looking at a few sports cars available at Pfaff. He did a great job understanding my requirements, is patient and not pushy, helping me understand the market with information, and gave me a lead on a wonderful 718 Cayman GTS which I purchased. He came in on his day off to deliver the car, ensured everything was taken care of on delivery day, helped me install some parts I ordered, and made sure the car was detailed to my satisfaction. There were some minor issues as it sometimes happens with used cars, Tyler was there providing after sales support and every step of the way there was excellent communication. He helped arrange service and parts, communication with the sales manager to resolve my concerns, and ensuring I was satisfied with the outcome. Very happy with the professional service I received. Purchased a brand new 718 Spyder from Pfaff Porsche. After waiting for the car for years, the car was delivered with a repainted front fender and damaged rims. I did not notice until the next day as I picked up the at the end of the day. In direct sunlight the front fender is a different color than the door. Contacted general manager of Pfaff, as well as Porsche Cars North America. Neither Pfaff or PCNA have offered any solutions in the 6 months since they were notified the day after I picked up the car. I contacted Porsche Cars North America, they indicated that they consider the matter resolved. If you think you are going to receive a flawless product or any meaningful resolution to any problems you have with the car because it's a premium brand, think again.

I looked for a while for my 911 but I never got the treatment I received here and more specifically from my salesperson Sam. He was the first salesman to take me out for not one but several test drives, he even met me at another dealer to view their inventory. In short he took me seriously and let me make a big decision informed and unrushed.
