Offered me a credit, i then decided to order another one online, told them i had credit, they said should have ordered by phone and banned me. Think they did me a favor as i was not planning to order from them again. Here is a picture for everyone to judge for themselves.

I followed the guidelines, social distancing no other patrons were in the store the cashier was flagged by an employee in the back after I paid for my order and asked me where my mask was. I advised her I do not have one as I do not wear one. She then went off and said that I am not allowed in the store again without a mask. I asked if the mask was a corporate policy and they said yes and once again she shouted that I am NOT to enter the store without a mask I will not be served. DISCRIMINATION AT ITS FINEST!!

Unbelievable and shameful also their chicken wings you can’t find smaller possible I’m surprised where they find these tiny wings!!!! It’s really shame!!!!!!!

I am unable to tolerate hot spices. When I called the Dartmouth Pizza Hut, I just wanted to let them know so that it wouldn't happen again. The person that I spoke with proceeded to inform me that the wings were buffalo wings and supposed to be hot. I said that we had specifically asked several times for the mild sauce. She continued ro argue with me. When we ordered the same thing before, we did get mild wings. All that I wanted was an apology, and to let them know of their error. I will probably order my pizza elsewhere in the future.

You can't even find the location on the website when you look so you can't actually order online. Try to get a refund and I am going 2 weeks after they (credited) my account. What a pathetic system you have Pizza Hut....not even an offer for a free pizza for all of this hassle or nothing? millions of pizza places in Ottawa and the customer service is Atrocious! Pizza Pizza is terrible but they would of handled this properly at least!! never ever order from here.
