★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are friendly, helpful, and amazing. We had just brought home a new puppy for the first time in 20 years and the sheer amount of choice nowadays is daunting. I forgot to grab names of the employees but 2 of them took the time and energy to not only point us to proper items for our new puppy, but also explain the benefits of each type of training treat or hard beef chews, etc. Will definitely be using this location for all of our pet needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing store but the associates are very rude . Seems nobody wants me to help in the pets centre. They are very lazy specially the lady associates. and not recommended this location very terrible experience. I will never come back to this location. The lady associates lazy rude and I think she’s not capable to work in customer service industry. It’s not busy when I visited this location but it’s terrible to find where is the employee. The lady is so arrogant and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best pet store in the whole city!! Always fully stocked up with what you need and the staff are amazing!! I had just bought a harness for my dog and he chewed it up within a week. I went to go buy another one and the manager gave me 50% off! She didn't have to do that! Super nice! Today I went in and the cashier gave me an extra discount on my dog food. They just go out of their way every time!! I won't shop anywhere else!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our dog Jasper here for a grooming appointment. Our initial appointment was cancelled due to an employee leaving but we were given a new date very quickly and on a Saturday which was great for us. Jasper seemed to enjoy his time at PetSmart and was smelling very fresh and clean. We would definitely bring him back in the future.
