â â â â â First thing that happens when I open the door to answer the delivery guy...
He starts yelling at the top of his lungs how I didn't shovel any snow and that he's only making 40$ from the delivery and it's not worth it. I look at my yard and there is literally half a foot of snow. He was selling his heating oil 2 cents less than a competing provider. For 2 cents difference per liter, I am overly happy to pay it just to never have to see that arrogant persons face again. Apparently when I called to complain about the delivery guy, the receptionist tells me that it was the Owner of the company and that it's probably because he's in a rush...
Great service..not..... Now I am left with no heating oil for myself and my 4 year old kid..
