★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils m'ont contacté pour confirmer mon rendez-vous que j'ai pris il y a plus de 2 mois aujourd'hui. Ils m'ont rappelé en fin d'après-midi pour annuler le rendez-vous. Je n'ai même pas eu la chance de les contacter. Je travailles de nuit et je dors dans le jour. Vous êtes vite sur gâchette pour annuler. Je vais aller dépenser mon argent ailleurs.
They contacted me to confirm my appointment which I made more than 2 months ago today. They called me back at the end of the afternoon to cancel the appointment. I haven't even had a chance to contact them. I work at night and I sleep during the day. You are quickly on the trigger to cancel. I will go and spend my money elsewhere.

Her attention towards kids and her patience is just fabulous. You will not see a frown on her face ever. Her staff is equally kind and we have always been guided very appropriately at her practice with regards to our dental hygiene.
