First they filed papers with the court with the wrong name, then a mandatory Affidavit was not done causing two extra trips to their firm and months of delay. When the Lawyer phoned regarding a complaint I made he didn’t even have the file in front of him knowing nothing of what I was complaining about so I had to explain to him what had happened meaning to me that his assistant did the work and he just signed his initial which happens a lot in straight forward cases but the Lawyer didn’t even take the time to review her work. The lawyer admitted there was 1 error and 1 oversight, oversight means error in the dictionary. They made more of an effort collecting the check!
