★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful natural area with groomed (and ungroomed) walking paths. It's an off leash dog park as well so there's always plenty of others enjoying the park. Great views of the valley with plenty of benches to sit and enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only a few steps from many neighborhood in Kamloops, Peterson Creek is a great place to hike or bike. There are lots of steep areas though, so you can't carelessly walk around. Be mindful of the signs, and you won't have any trouble
