We had reached out to the Peterborough dealership for a quote after completing our research and having visited a local Mississauga Subaru dealership where our experience had been subpar. We worked primarily with Kimber and then closer to the delivery date, with Lindsay, and both were exceptional! Kimber’s communication and transparency throughout the purchasing process went above and beyond our expectations. She was open and honest and made us feel very comfortable working with her. The entire process was very professional, seamless, and not at all stressful. Also, given that inventory was low across the country during this period, she kept us updated regularly on when we could expect delivery. We would like to thank Kimber and Lindsay, including the rest of the Peterborough Subaru team, for making our vehicle buying experience very pleasant. It was truly an exceptional experience. Last week I was beside myself when I needed assistance with why my brake lights were not working. I took a chance and approached your service department. Your staff went far beyond their obligation to me, not a Subaru owner, and were able to assist me with replacing the bulbs of both break lights. This meant everything to me to have your team do what they did to ensure safety over convenience. Thank you…Thank you…Thank you!

At first they were very assuring and respectful, however this was clearly a facade an rapidly changed once I got a salesperson... they also post false listings to attract your business and waste your time. When you go to inquire the price is drastically different.Selling vehicles way above market and an absolutely despicable finance team... don't get screwed... look elsewhere. Had a very similar experience to Adrian Smith who wrote a review below. They never were able to match competitor pricing and basically told me the reason they were selling a Crosstrek for over $5000 above market was because they can.... referencing supply issues, popularity of the vehicle, and that if I wanted that colour to pay $5000 more then one 7 hours away from me. Forget them... I'll talk with a dealer that wants to deal and treat my "limited income" as they seemed to call it, with something other then disrespect.

I was super nervous at first as I had never made a personal purchase as significant as this outside buying my home. The team, or rather family at Peterborough Subaru absolutely crushed it. They were incredible. Their incredible knowledge of their products could only be matched by their admirable passion. these people live and breathe Subaru. And it’s easy to see why. The car I bought is incredible. Cool, fun and most importantly safe. I can see why Subaru has such a deep following of enthusiasts. Troy, Alicea, Sharon, Lindsay and Hernan are a special group of people who earn your trust through their actions as well as their words. That’s hard to come by these days. They don’t just stand by the product, the demonstrate why they do with facts and information. And most importantly they took the time to answer all my questions. Even the detailer Dustan put the extra effort in to ensure I was totally stoked about getting my new car. Sorry I muddied it up almost immediately when I left Dustan, but I looked amazing! Thank you Peterborough Subaru for the amazing experience, I will definitely be back again down the road someday. You earned a lifer with me.

The service team had my brakes fixed the next morning and I was able to make it home in time for an appointment. I would absolutely go back to Peterborough Subaru for service. Excellent service and very accommodating. Did everything within their power to help me and communicated excellently.
