My car had not been rustproof treated at the other Hyundai dealership; where I bought the brand-new car and protection package, I paid for it and it was not done. I had no idea. The sales manager Mark was fantastic all around and made the whole transaction happen smoothly from afar. When we arrived to pick up the new vehicle, it took only minutes for the turnaround. Mark had made the documentation extremely easy for us and in a very friendly way. In the end, we have a fantastic new car and the experience could not have been more pleasant.

I thought the purchase of my first new car would be a happy experience but turned out to be the opposite. The service that I received was extremely poor! Everything that was part of my deal when I ordered my car seemed to be forgotten about come pick-up day. I didn’t receive any of the incentives that were promised to me via in person meetings, phone calls and emails. I didn’t get my deposit back. They lost my bank draft for my down payment. How unprofessional can you be to lose a large sum of money?? I had many discussions with the finance manager, sales associate as well as the sales manager. It seemed that no one cared how wrong it was and how upset/frustrated I was. They did nothing to make it better! I was told that “humans make mistakes, I don’t know what else you want us do.” I highly regret choosing Peterborough Hyundai for my sale, the service that I’ve received was unacceptable and I hope that no one will experience the hell that I’ve experienced with the purchase of my new car.

I went into the dealership to look into different vehicle options, as I am looking to replace my older vehicle soon. Everyone at the dealership was amazing to deal with and were very welcoming. Jake was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles Hyundai has to offer and was very helpful in explaining the process of buying a new car, including the trade in value of my current vehicle. When I am ready to buy, I will be back to Peterborough Hyundai!
