★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful of these people. Every year my price went up for my car insurance. That's probably normal. Yesterday I ask the guy if I can give him my odo since less than 5K km a year gets jou a discount if you set that up. The guy look at computer, writes down a bogus number on a paper, take the calculator, subtract it from my odo and tells me, "sorry, you drove more than 5K". Really, can I please see the number of my previous odo reading please. Reluctantly he shows the screen, empty text box! They didn't have a number so why lie to me? Why the fake calculations!? So don't trust them to give you a good price since it looks like they will lie at the opportunity to not give you a discount. I decided to go to a different insurer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I phoned for a quote for my home owner insurance one month before it was due.. Marnie said it will take three weeks. I thought that three weeks was a bit long and expressed that i thought it was a bit long for a quote. My father passed away and had been dealing with this company for 30 plus years. So I thought we could wait. Three weeks passed and I called back and they said they needed more time. Two days before my insurance expired we called Marnie again and she said to go with another company and they would not be insuring me. I assume she was upset because I thought the quote was taking too long and decided not to insure my house. The most unprofessional insurance company in the world. I recommend anyone considering using this company think again. The worst customer service I have ever encountered.

You really feel thatshe is taking a personal interest in you and is trying to get you the best deal she can.
