★ ★ ★ ★ ★ id like to start off by saying i dealt with harpreet at this location. he was absolutely great to deal with and met all of my needs and requirements. i cant speak highly enough about his assistance especially compared to the extremely poor service i received at the branch inside of royal city centre - new westminster which i will next leave a review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend going to see Harpreet at the Delta Shoppers Mall for your insurance! . He helped with the vehicle ownership transfer, insurance coverage, and setting up for convenient monthly payments. As a first time car owner, he helped explain all the different coverage options available and offered his guidance to help me make my decision. I will be coming to Harpreet for all my insurance needs and have already started to refer over my friends and family!

Every year, they reach out to me well in advance of my renewal to go over my policy, answer any questions I have and provide me with a reasonable quote and effective policy. The staff there are courteous, patient, understanding and very helpful. I look forward to a continued relationship with the team there.

For someone who is young and doesn’t have a deep understanding on insurance, she made it an easy experience. I appreciate her and the rest of the team’s service, it is phenomenal.

It was my first time ever renewing my insurance as a first time car owner and they took their time explaining policies to me that i didn’t quite understand which i really appreciate! they were also super nice and welcoming and i felt very at ease there. i would definitely come here again for any insurance help i need in the future!! :)
