★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give them 0 stars if I could. Spoke with Baljit who was extremely rude, and impatient. She refused to provide a confirmation of my cancellation after making us jump through hoops to cancel our renewal only to tell us we didn't have a renewal. Very questionable business practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i was assisting my aging parents to cancel their policy as we had shopped around and found a new policy for 35% less. They're very rude and aggressive among other things. It's not what we had expected from them after being gouged for the last 12 years with them. Good riddance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with them since 2006 and when my friend of mine was having some auto insurance issues and couldn't get anywhere at her insurance brokerage, I took her to Choice Insurance and the agent there took the time to sort it all out and was very patient with us. It took a little time but at the end, it all worked out and my friend was really happy. I totally recommend this insurance agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews, but my experience was positive. It took longer than expected, but the team at Choice sorted it out. There was an issue renewing my private policy for my auto insurance, but one phone call & it was cleared up quickly. I would gladly go back again for my insurance needs.
