★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi folks .I went to pet value today on my bike was in store. Then we all heard a massive bang .we went outside to check and a car had driven into th the wall..and mangled the back of my bike. I'm ok shakes me up a bit but the purpose of this review is that pet value were extremely kind to me got me water but my bike in store while I finished what I had to do and concern and extremely compassionate and more they have class there thanks pet value for your compassion and care thanks Peter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always take my dog here for grooming and always have a positive experience. I was in the other day buying bird food and feeders, the staff are very friendly and helpful and answered all the questions I had, giving advice on which food is best for the birds. They have plenty of options for dog, cat and bird products in store. My dog always leaves happy after getting her hair done there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had never been in Pet Valu in Brockville before. I have to say the gentleman working there was a huge help to me, so friendly and knowledgeable. I live an hour away, but I'll definitely make the drive back to go to this store. The customer service alone is worth it.
