Warm Regards, In response to this , i called before appointment and told of the problem i had cleaning my dogs eye , I WAS TOLD YOU COULD DO IT , i sent my dog with my sister and i get my dog back in the same way i sent him , the hair around his eyes was still not trimmed , THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH SAFETY OR HEALTH IT WAS GROOMING ISSUE , that was not done I Stand by my original response If you need your dog groomed , GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
C	Chrissy Zang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my dog to be grommed and now she has a sore back leg and I noticed she had some obvious missed hair on her hind legs ,underneath and near her eyes. I also felt I don't know scolded by the pet grommer. I told her right away I can't do her eyes ,she tries to nibble bite at me . I def warned her ,but have been told at my reg groomers that she's fine w them and has never bit them. I was then told that she was really aggressive and got very worked up and was not letting her cut her eye hair nor clean it . And now she's got the sore hind leg she's been favoring and limping, a uneven haircut, and dirty eyes. I'm thinking she did get worked up and got twisted or fell off the table. I assumed they had a muzzle and a way to put the dog up so that it can't nip, nor get hurt. it is scary for them and when animals are scared they get aggressive but she's a 13 yr old yorkie and not a big dog. So that was a little disappointing as I feel like the " principal type talk" had w the groomer about my " aggressive dog" was a preemptive strike about the sore leg and kinda shabby job. Won't get grommed here but will buy products as store staff was very helpful.
