★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager has an attitude problem, I was rudely told not to touch the bird, I replied there should be a sign, I love birds and have owned birds. Everytime I've gone in I've been met with poor service, the employees hardly seem to be animal folk. I understand having a bad day and had been the only reason I return to give a second chance. Not that my dog needs treats but I get more enthusiasm and treats from drive thru employees over my pup then this store. Only reason I'm giving two stars is the staff on tonight were friendly and helpful, even shared a laugh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so happy to hear that this store got a new store manager. I stopped coming to this location because the old store manager was so rude and did not appreciate her customers. The new store manager is absolutely amazing and the staff are all super efficient and friendly. Definitely will continue shopping at this location again. Keep up the hard work.
