โ โ โ โ โ For a small in sq footage store, it sure is packed neatly with everything you could want for your doggo! The employee that helped me today was very friendly and helpful. She showed me to what I was looking for and then proceeded to tell me all about the different kinds they offered. I definitely recommend this location.

โ โ โ โ โ I am very disappointed with the customer service presented today. I went for cat food and left with utter disgust. Both on the telephone and in-person customer service was horrendous. I understand that things are tough with the multiple new protocols which have been changing daily due to the pandemic, but nobody has the right to be downright rude to another human being. I understand that jobs right now are challenging, however nobody is at fault and patience is the key to get through this pandemic. I am a frontline worker and I absolutely understand the frustration. I sympathize with everyone during this tough time. However, it is not appropriate to be treated with disrespect when attempting to support a local business. Nobody deserves to be treated with disrespect. I will be taking my business elsewhere within the community as I believe it is critical to give back to our community during this time. Again, I am very disappointed and I am writing this in hopes that a superior will seek changes to keep their business afloat. There are many other pet places around. I went on May 25, 2021 at 3:30pm.

โ โ โ โ โ Keswick Pet Value midweek at 10:30am, only customer in empty store. Asked same question I ask at all pet stores, do you have any reasonably priced, good quality, small bite dog food for 2 dogs. The 2 ladies (perhaps even franchise owner?) Didnt even bother to get off their chairs to assist me! Told me to look for sale price stickers & went on with their gossip session. If you cant get me to purchase something in your store, your business might be in trouble. All I ask for is a few recomendations & these two ladies could not be bothered to help. So, for the next 20 years that I intend to live in this town, I wont waste my time shopping here. Went on Amazon & bought dog food without interrupting a gossip session.

Not my first experience with some lady working there. During covid she was horribly rude when I asked a question. I returned yesterday in person and same lady againโฆ she has no manners and has a disgusting attitude. Itโs not the best place to behave this way as youโre dealing with pet owners which are very friendly ppl by nature. Lady youโre in the wrong business specially catering to a small community. Adjust your attitude as youโre going to lose business. I will no longer return, I prefer to make a trip to Newmarket.
