★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the worst pet store in town. Poor customer service and management. Have heard they don’t treat employees well and wouldn’t doubt it. They have low selection, especially for animals other than cats or dogs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took our dog to the nail trimming in the cobourg store. The lady who does the trimming is very experienced and great with the animals. Definitely recommend using this service and we will be using for the next trimming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dog wash set up is AMAZING! We had one stinky pup who was in dire need of a good bath. The setup is perfect. Everything in easy reaching distance. Great selection of shampoos included. An apron for the 'stylist' (you) and the blow dryer. All for $10! What a steal. Can't wait to bring Thor back for his next wash. The staff were extremely helpful as well!
