J	Jim Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dave, I love your store, BUT: I used to buy my Oat Bran at your No Frills in Cobourg, but you haven't had it in stock for over a year! Now I have to go up the highway to buy it at Metro, and while I'm there, I buy all my other groceries as well, of course. Dave: you're forcing me (and perhaps others) to take my business to the competition, and I wish it weren't so. So much shelf space for all those other varieties and flavours of oatmeal, and not a single box of Oat Bran!

N	Nicole Cardinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was shopping today and there was lines up.. I didn't have many items and had a small cart so I figured I'd check myself out... I walked into self check out and the nice lady said "sorry hun no carts".. Which I was not aware of... I said "So if I got a basket I'd be fine!??" She said "yes" I was absolutely shocked considering there was no one in self check out I didn't think it was a big deal.. Shortly into the conversation a rude older women named HEATHER came over and decided to yell at me saying "No carts allowed" .. With her aggressive behavior I decided to defend myself and said "yes but if I got a basket I'd be fine" She continued to yell at me and customers were disgusted with her actions. I don't know if she always acts like that but she should be spoken to... Not to mention she didnt want to give me her name because I told her I'll be writing a review.. She decided to call the manager to speak with me, who seemed like a nice dude but didn't really care about how RUDE HEATHER was. I hope her attitude changes towards her customers because if she's always like that she shouldn't have a job!! Heather you shouldn't judge ppl by what they look like, Ive managed business for 16+ years hun. God bless and all the best HEATHER

S	Suzanne Sagar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love coming here. Was very happy indeed to see that David made the decision to continue to provide wipes and sanitizer for those of us who like to use them. In comparison to Campbellford's No Frills, who think that because they are no longer mandated to supply that for their customers. Apparently the pandemic is over in their store. Although many of us have been complaining, it's been to no avail. For shame! So thank you for continuing to care about your clients David. This extra bit of thoughtfulness truly goes a long long way! Kudos to a great store!!
