★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We originally had a reservation at another kennel and went to check it out (before we left our puppy with them for the week). We were disgusted by how the other kennel 'took care' of the dogs and how you had to pay extra for outside play time. The dogs were completely neglected and locked up all day. We are SO HAPPY we found out about Pet Pampering and felt completely comfortable leaving our Shiba puppy in their hands. He was excited to go back for his next visit, which says it all!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ loved bringing my dog here with the older staff. the newer staff will tell you to take your business elsewhere if you do like one thing happening to your dog at the business. not impressed and not professional .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a wonderful place to leave your dog. The dogs come home happy and tired from a day of play. This is a supervised group setting for social dogs. If the dogs get too excited they spray them with water to distract them, they also have separation space for time outs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disappointed. I left my dog for 15 days in excellent conditions and when I pick him up today I received him very sick with diarrhea and blood in his feces, two wounds in his face and also smelling very bad when I asked for a bath a day before to pick him up.
Also, the food container was broken and nobody respond. I called to talk to the manager and was’t able to answer. The person who picked up the phone only said that I need to write an email. Very poor customer service.
Definitely I don’t recommend this place. I hope my dog don’t get worse and have a good recovery soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people working with pets are excellent. They put my dogs at ease right away. And me too! I recommend Pet Pampering if you need to leave your pet behind, or just for a day away at a "dog camp".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can see why talking to other fur baby owners that Pet Pampering is so loved. Friendly staff who really understand canine behaviours. Our very anxious old (almost 11 years) Border Collie had a great time and came home exhausted. Highly recommend this location over the kennel crate only boarding nearby
