Personal Touch Limo

Personal touch limo did a fantastic job on my wedding. We got married in a trailer park and it was very tight. But they managed to get a SUV extented limo around every corner we asked they were so friendly and accomidating. Prices were fantastic as well. Also picked me and my husband up in separated vehicle after wedding too us to our honeymoon and then went back in SUV limo picked up bridal party and took them to hotel they were amazing. THANK YOU AGAIN DON !!!!!

Driver was rude wouldn't put privacy window up yelled at us cause we asked him to unlock window so we could get some fresh air accused us that we wanted to smoke . Wouldn't do a drop off from were we were picked up after I told him it was five minutes from were we were getting dropped. Also got mad cause we asked driver to stop on way home so we could use bathroom . And I no what u thinking we were not drunk or even loud or rowdy. Driver was the most rude ignorant one I ever had . Asked him to close privacy eindwi and refused wanted to creep on us and wen we left limo we watched him go three our stuff we left in limo

if giving no stars was possible it would be given. seeing that my review was deleted recently I will continue to post it again and again for people to see. My husband and I booked with them for our wedding after hearing many great things, my in laws paid for the it as part of our gift and sorted out all the details and told us not to worry about anything.The day started out fantastic and was 5 stars all around and pretty straight forward, the men took the first ride to the venue and then the driver came back to my parents house for us ladies! The ride went perfect, we had champagne and celebrated up to the aisle were we exited the vehicle and all walked down! about 1hr and 30 mins total of driving. At the end of the night the driver came back and picked us up in the town car where we were given bottles of water and a box of chocolates, when we arrived at our hotel which was a 7 min drive from the venue! With it being our wedding night we had no wallets because they were in the luggage that was already in our room and we were told a gratituty had already been given so my husband by fluke had a 50 in his pocket that a family member had slipped to him and gave it to the driver, he said thank you and went on his way! Fast forward to our honeymoon 3 days later my husband received a phone call from the owner who asked how our day went and if we were happy with the service provided, my husband said yes thank you we couldn't have been more pleased, we are on our honeymoon though so I am currently busy. The owner then paused and asked him why he only tipped the driver 50$ and asked if we could drop more money off at the business since we should at minimum pay the driver 150$ and that we need to replace the champagne flutes that went missing. My husband took a deep breath and told him to not call him again, that the 1200$ they charged my in laws for the 2 hour day which was all in Peterborough had included the tip. a week went by after this and my husband received and email accusing us of whiskey glasses out of the back of the limo! which isn't even what he said was missing the first time. I have photo evidence that there were already glasses missing because that's where we sat our bouquets and we never walked down the aisle with glasses in our hand because we literally stepped out of the limo and down the aisle! we will and will continue to tell people about this incident and we have already gotten their names blacklisted from venues who use to continuously use them and will no longer be doing so. SO PLEASE KEEP DELETING THIS REVIEW BECAUSE WE WILL POST IT AGAIN!

We were going to a Family Xmas brunch in Burlington ,Ontario so we decided to rent a limo for the Trip from Peterborough. What a wonderful experience! Gabe was our driver and got us there on time With no trouble at all, while sat back , chatted, relaxed. Personal touch was so easy to work with and Was very accomidating to our needs Job well done Personal Touch !

Personal Touch Limo I can’t say enough. We rented the SUV and it was out standing , very comfortable, very clean! The driver was amazing very professional, dressed professional! Renting a SUV limo for the first time ever for my mothers 70th surprise birthday and family pictures we thank you in every way for making it affordable and possible to make memories for this day. Thank you and we will recommend you to everyone.

I've used Personal Touch Limo on four separate occasions for concert runs to Toronto and have had nothing but great experiences! The couple of negative reviews I've read here lead me to believe they must be written by a competitor or by one of those types of people who no one can possibly please. We've had a few different drivers over the years and every one of them has been super nice, professional and timely. Don & Carol are always a pleasure to deal with when scheduling out our appointments as well. This is definitely the way a family business should be run!

The trip to the airport was fantastic! Not a single issue and we all had a great experience. We made arrangements with the owner for pick up in three days time, when we would be returning from our trip. The owner said the driver would be picking us up at the Sheraton hotel where he dropped us off; as this is the fastest and easiest option for pick up. We aren’t familiar with how it works and trust his professional advice to be picked up at the hotel because it’s the easiest option..... We arrive back in Toronto and the driver is at the Sheraton, where he was “supposed to be” but that was quite a distance from where we were dropped off! Like, on the other side of the airport! ? We has trusted this “professional advice” from the owner about what is easiest for US, the PAYING customers..... Instead he did what was extremely inconvenient for US and we were over an hour later than we should have been, getting home. The driver, Gabe, was wonderful and I want to say that he was fabulous! Both ways, an absolutely lovely, professional driver. The owner was rude, inconsiderate, and, clearly, uneducated in terms of customer service and knowing his job..... As much as all 8 of us agreed, that Gabe was amazing, we certainly wouldn’t recommend ever using this service based on the ill equipped, uneducated, rude, and ignorant owner.

Great communication and prompt response when going over details and planning for an upcoming ride. Allowed for late evening calls and offered fair rates. Thanks Don!
