★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2015 I always have beautiful hair and a warm, friendly visit. Camille never disappoints, and has gone the extra mile for me. I now have family members going to Persona as well.
4 years later! Still happy to be hanging with Camille and the gang. Though my hair is aging and changing, Camille finds a way to make it pretty and me happy every time! Now there is Heather, who is my 6 year old grand daughter's stylist, and makes her feel and look grown up and beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Persona for years, and Lacey is not only a kind soul, but an amazing stylist. In fact, all of the stylists there are phenomenal! The atmosphere is always warm and inviting. It truly is the best salon in Nanaimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Lacey at Persona for about five years. She is a very knowledgeable stylist and I would not trust an outside salon to work on my hair. She cares about what is best for the integrity of my hair and understands that going blond is a journey that cannot be rushed.

She is so knowledgeable in achieving your hair goals, but does so in a way that is open, honest, and keeps your hair’s integrity intact. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have mixed feelings about this salon. I have seen Lacey for almost 3 years now. At first I was going to her every 6 to 8 weeks to get blonde in my hair. She started not taking the blonde all the way to the root and I was getting serious banding. I also took my two daughters regularly to get their haircuts. After I stopped going to her to get my hair dyed, The haircuts and service seriously declined. Not only was it taking an excessively long time to get in with her ( this started happening only after I stopped going to her for the hair dye ) The last time I went in to go get my haircut from her it was so uneven it was outrageous! I actually had to call and get her to even it up the next day. My daughter just went in there to get a child’s cut and Lacey gave her bangs which she did not want. After paying $51 for a child’s haircut I was a little frustrated. And again it’s not even. The constant chitchat about other clients and their downfalls or about how stupid she thought Covid was also gotten very old quickly. I unfortunately will no longer be going to see her nor will my 11-year-old and 16-year-old.
