I always find what I'm looking for even when I think I'm going to have to go to one of the bigger stores home hardware always surprises me and has what I'm looking for. The staff are amazing, super helpful and knowledgeable. My Mom was in town and were doing some home repairs on my apartment, went to home hardware and Ted helped us out so much! Way, way better service then any of the big box stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store although very disappointed in the customer services of a select few that work here. Rented a steam cleaner that leaked pools of water around my house, went back for a refund and I was accused of purposely renting it for a couple hours with the intention of returning it. During the transaction, I overheard another employee saying "cry about it" under her breathe. The whole thing was very hostile and not one person apologized. Other than that, great store with great products!

Not a single person acknowledged or spoke to us and instead the staff was yelling across the store at one another to communicate. Definitely an unfriendly and cold environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The BEST little big hardware store. I almost always get what I needed and sometimes I find a deal from the red bins too. Staff are fabulous, knowledgeable and helpful. Every key I've had cut there(....and I've had a lot cut there) work on the first try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great store! Susan helped me choose some paint for a big kitchen overhaul this weekend, and she was so helpful. She made sure I had everything I needed to properly clean/prep too. The finish she recommended turned out perfectly, I’m so glad I had a pro weigh in on the best products for that room. Thanks again Susan!
