★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been kickboxing for over 5 years and this is the place to be !! Brock and Marco are both so motivating and push you to your limits (in a good way)! They are also two of the most genuine and amazing people I have ever met. It's a great way to unwind and de-stress! I highly recommend everyone to check this place out!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter Mackenzie Williams was given a trial gift certificate to Do Your Jang and she was nervous at first to join but now is begging to go as often as possible. When she began in Jan/19 she was not so sure but now speaks about everything she learns every day she goes. Her listening skills are improving as well as her need to focus. I cant wait to see her achieve her goals both at Taekwondo as well as personal goals. Thank you again to all for everything you teach her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cascadia Sports Literacy is fantastic! Not only are they experts in thier field, they are fun and friendly as well. I attend the adult kickboxing classes and these classes will take your fitness to the next level. Brock and Marco really push us and yet these classes are suitable for all levels. I highly recommend everyone come out and try it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to blow some steam off! Brooke is an awesome instructor- patient and always encouraging. The girls I meet there are the best of all- very supportive of the newbies, don't get frustrated when you accidentally hit them in the face or kick them wrong, easy going and fun! The workout is intense, but extremely rewarding!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first decided to sign my son up into Taekwondo I reached out to every studio in town. We happened to walk into Do Your Jang and catch Master Brock in between classes and he made the time to talk to us and set up a private one on one with my son for the next day after we explained why my son lost interest in Karate a few years ago. When we arrived for the one on one, he invited my younger daughter to join them on the mats and I was so impressed with how he communicated and engaged my kiddos that I signed them up on the spot. When my youngest turned 3, she joined up in the Little Kickers programme and all this time later I have to say that we really feel like we are a part of a family community at Do Your Jang! Master Brock and the whole team have really helped my kids not only with Martial Arts but with respect, communication, discipline and self awareness. It has been a life changer and we couldn’t be happier to be a part of this family. I have recommended numerous friends, family and clients of mine and have heard similar feedback from all that have joined. Thanks Team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's difficult to truly express what an incredibly positive influence Do Your Jang Martial Arts and Master Brock have had on our kids. My kids have gained an increased sense of self confidence and an appreciation for pushing themselves outside of their comfort zones. They have loved going to Master Brock's classes since the very first day they met him when he arrived in Nanaimo. Master Brock also has a team of very talented instructors who play a huge part in making the learning environment at his studio supportive, inclusive and most importantly fun. They have so much fun at Do Your Jang Martial Arts! No matter your age, size or ability, you will definitely want to join in.
