★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She kept quarreling with me when I said I don't like how my haircut is going and I don't wanna make it shorter than it is. I said I just want to style my hair and don't want to cut it but it seemed that she is not even listening to me. The haircut turned out so bad that when she took the picture she didn't even post it on her Instagram.

My hair cut is uneven she litterally made me bald that's how short she cut it even though I told her I wanted bob haircut she gave me real short pixey haircut. I told her during the process that I don't want it to be that short and she kept beinging up excuses. Worst customer service ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They provide excellent and friendly service. They use very good personally selected products from France and Italy so don't expect to be paying "asian" prices here. The prices are worth the product and services that's being provided. Quality and attention to detail is what counts here. Make sure you explain your expectation as they usually can accommodate and are flexible in what they they do. They will let you know if you're requirements can't be met before you let them do any work.
If you want the cheapest material and don't care for quality, go elsewhere.
UPDATE: I brought a pair of worn and stained suede shoe for repair and he was able to make the color of my shoes all uniform and removed all the dark spots and stains. It's amazing! It now worth my attention to maintain going forward. Even though it took 4 days, it's well worth the time, his skill and his attention to detail. Very reliable and great service. I have provide a before and after picture comparison.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bang haircut ever. My bangs are litterally baby hair at this point and my bang is uneven one side is longer than the other. I called her qnd sent her a picture of the haircut and she said "ok what am I supposed to do " she never even apologized and when I said I want my money back she insulted me and hung up on me then blocked my number. She is quiet aggressive and doesn't respect the customer's complaints
