Essentially, I was going for the hydra facial or micro-needling service but, instead I received a Vitamin C facial provided by Susan which was tailored to my skin needs. Susan is such a sweetheart! She is very knowledgeable and does such an amazing job at everything she does! Highly recommend?? Love her!

Sabrina and Susan's mom who helps out are very friendly as well. Le Pamper Room has totally changed my skin and I love the products that I've purchased to use at home. I always look forward to my monthly visits!

Susan is so amazing! I have done many facials with her over the past 6months and I’m always happy. She listens to your concerns and does her best to help you achieve great results. She’s very honest with her product recommendations. She’ll only put you on products that you need and I saw great results in such a short amount of time. I always look forward to my facial appointments ?

It is clear to see she loves what she does and takes her clients care and concerns very seriously. I wanted someone who had experience with darker skin tones and Susan definitely exceeded my expectations. I have been seeing her on a consistent basis for many months now and as a result, my face is the most clear it has ever been. I have now been getting compliments on my skin from friends and family. Susan was amazing, I was nervous but she took time speaking with me, explaining everything; was calm and took her time. With confidence, she acknowledged when I needed a break during my microneedling session; extremely comforting! The other staff were also welcoming and made me feel like they knew me even though it was my first visit. Every step was fantastic. The place represents the brand well (luxurious & clean). I highly recommend them for skincare and rejuvenation.

I do not trust anyone with my face as I have had a terrible experience in the past at a different med spa and it was not pleasant. I was initially anxious to see Susan due to my past experience elsewhere, however since the first time I received a facial from her, I have been able to put all my trust into her.
