β β β β β I bought an IPhone 11 Pro Max here. I was originally very skeptical of this place but I was done with second hand resellers on criagslist or fb marketplace so I gave this a shot. I made sure I have gotten the clerkβs name, business license number, and asked all the questions needed about the phone. I checked the phone in store for authenticity, and it seemed legit. However, the merchant failed to answer me where he get the phones. As he just said βsupplierβ.
The phone also came with no box, wires, or EarPods. Though, the clerk did give me a free installation of a screen protector free of charge.
I paid 1300, so far, I have been using it a little over a year. Havenβt had it disabled, no tech issues, no software issues. Think the price couldβve been lower, but comparing to the retail price, it was good.
Hopefully, this wasnβt just luck and they truly do sell authentic phones!

β β β β β Unfortunately, after my phone screen cracked, I sat on it and broke it completely ha ha. Abdul was fantastic, he did try to sell me a new one (at a very decent price) but as I'm an older senior on subsidized income, I need more time to be able to get a brand new phone but I did have a 3 year old LG which I lost then found again but the battery was completely gone. He got on the phone, found a new one for me at a good price, had his boss run it over the next day and for only $40 I was back in business. My neighbours all love this guy and this business and now so do I, also doesn't hurt that we are all seniors and this is only a few blocks from our building, haha. I highly recommend!

β β β β β I tried to replace a new battery by myself. I watched youtube videos and followed them. I watched a bad video, so I broke the lcd connector... The youtuber was pulling the battery from left to right.... And i did the same way. However, I realized i had to pull it off from right to left for not damaging the parts... I was really worried about it. Many stores were closed due to the virus, so I didn't expect this store was open. I visited this store. Omg, the staff in there was really nice. He saved my g7 as a new phone! Thanks again!

As soon as I began describing the problem Mohamed knew what was wrong and explained it to me simply. He was able to fix it for less than I expected and it was ready sooner than anticipated.

β β β β β I live in East Van. However I spend time in Coquitlam. So I decided to bring my laptop here to get looked at.
Muhammad was awesome. We spoke before he did any repairs. Giving me the costs. It turned out that my Microsoft needed to be rebooted.
Total cost was $70. $45 for diagnostic purposes and $25 to reinstall windows. He was nice enough to bring my laptop to me at work in East Van. I highly recommend Perfect Wireless Inc.
