Not sure what's up with all the negative reviews. I went in talk to the staff got a measurement, estimate and had an installation done, no problem at all. Great team and a pleasure working with everybody. Really enjoying my new mirrors.

Do not trust the hours posted on Google. I called their business number during their open hours, but no response.

Great experience, these guys know what they are doing!! Did a lot of custom work for me, they were extremely professional and we’re very happy with the result.

Went by to get a quote for a few glass shelves. Only one gentleman working there at the time. He refused to write down the quote on a piece of paper for us. It was so strange. We went to another glass supplier and realized his quote was almost double compared to the other shop. Probably why he did not want to write it down. Don't normally write reviews, but was looking for glass once again to do a partition wall. This place popped up and I remembered my experience. I see the new couple positive reviews and I am a bit skeptical. By how hostile he was, you would think that selling glass isn't this place's primary product....

I got my new table top glass last year and was impressed that the attendant gave me a better selection for my wood frame table. It's not pricey and was done only for few hours. Planning to go back for my other table.?

Not sure how you give less than 1 star. Absolutely horrible and I calling to get a quote on glass shower doors. Since their show room was closed I asked if I could send a pic of what I was looking for and the guy hung up on me and told me he wasn't home depot.

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT TRUST THEM. THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM. Spent $14K to have a glass stairwell done. Long story short, the whole project was a disaster, they never completed the work, stopped showing up and never returned our $8,000 deposit. On top of all that, when we got the glass panel fixed, it turned out to be barely hanging on and was ready to fall any moment. Long story: According to the contract, the work on the staircase itself had to be done on week of Nov 9, 2020 and glass rails should be measured then. The subcontractor they hired brought the wrong materials and then tried to replace them with poorly manufactured ones (gaps, not straight edges, lots of wood filler, etc.). It is November 24 by this time. On the same day, they broke 5 solid oak treads on our staircase with a chisel, instead of cutting the nosing with a saw. A few days later the contractor put oil based stains without our consent on the wood using a stain that was meant for exterior furnishings and was clearly marked "POISON". On Nov 28, 2020, they requested a deposit for glass, saying that they will be ordering it right away and we will be getting it in 2 weeks. Then many days went by where they would promise to come, myself or my father would take days off from work to be around, and then they would not show. We had to work weekends cleaning up the mess they left. It is December 11 by this time and the glass is still not delivered "as promised". Eventually, they stopped answering our calls and never finished installing the glass stairwell. There was one piece installed and it was not properly installed and could have fallen and hurt someone. To say that these people are unprofessional is the least one could say. Keeping our deposit with all the unfinished work is just theft at this point. Anyone managing to read this, please, spare yourself a lot of headaches, frustrations and wasted money.

Folks, I definitely DO NOT recommend you to deal and business with Perfect Glass & Mirror, because it's really imperfect with rude and unprofessional stuff that ruins your day and waste your time tremendously. I dealt with this business twice in my life once before covid and once after, the customer service that I experienced with them was extremly awful and will never ever again deal with them.
