β β β β β no refund, means they make a mistake you will have to pay for.it. i was trying to find a doorlock, because its no refund i had to open the box and check everything, then its missing a screw. the lady works there told me how come i cant even tolarent such small mistake, im like are you kidding me???

β β β β β Sloppy business seems can never do the things right. In my case, I reminded them in written and the front desk confirmed in written but ended up still wrong, and it went twice on two different work no matter how you remind the front desk lady.
Also the front desk lady seems always unhappy about everything, no smile no greeting and no sorry for any mistakes they made, just simple cold reply.
Avoid this business if you can.
