★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXTREMELY POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. They are completely amateur. They arrived at my house early, while here they cut a hole in my ventind without asking, there was already a hole from the last cleaning they didnt use, didnt cover the vents when clening so dust bley out of those, didnt clean my water tank as indicated in the ad, didnt change the air filter as in the ad. Took out my old air filter and blew compress air through it in my basment... now my basment is dusty! Has a rep call me asking about service, gave him my concerns and said i would not anything less than they send another crew to do the job correctly!!
So far my calls have gone unanswered. I could have done a better job with a vacum and a can of compress air!! Dont waste you time or money on this company!!!!!!! Gave you a chance to MAKE IT RIGHT!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had called to make an appointment and the person asked to me to text me the address of our rental. I don't live there so would have to make a trip to be there. I received no reply. I then texted the morning of the appointment to confirm, yet no reply again. I then called the number, no answer. I went online to see if I could find an alternate number and called that, and someone answered. 25 minutes before our appointment they said that they wouldn't be coming and could come the following day. I have tenants moving in tomorrow which I informed them of at time of booking so no, a furnace cleaning during a move isn't really a good idea. Would have gone with another company had I known.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to our house on agreed time. Cleaned with care and passion. We bought a vacant house so the ducts were filthy, by the time they were done our house's vents were absolutely cleaned and no dust particles were coming out. Very highly recommended!
