★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived at Peppertree Estates for 9 months. The Resident Manager is very helpful, and his assistant is friendly & keeps the buildings clean. Nice apartments at a decent price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could put 0 stars I would. I have lived here for 7 months now, and between the inconsiderate loud people who live here and the horrible management I wouldn’t recommend it at all. My unit has had bedbugs for 3 months which hasn’t been dealt with properly. Unless this sounds fun to you, STAY AWAY from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi friends. I with my family lived here for 1 year and i would like to share my experience. Building is very old. Rooms are very small and no exaust fans in appartments. Manager is very rude and racist person. He doesn't listen to complaints neither sits in his office and always make fun of people. Mice are the major problem of this building. I would not recommend anybody to live here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable value for the price of the place. Having all utilities is just a bonus. Current landlord Ryan is extremely nice and friendly and has assisted to the best of his ability with any problems.
