★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ring I found here was perfect! My wonderful Boyfriend is gonna love it!
I did however have an issue that I've had with almost every Jewellery shop while searching for the perfect ring for him.
I had to clarify 3 times that the ring was for a guy. For a Man. For a dude who really enjoys feminine jewellery.
Honestly if the ring wasn't an exact match for what I KNOW he is going to love I would not have purchased here.
While this issue, as I stated was one I encountered a number of times while interacting with a number of jewellery sales associates it should be of note that I did have one good encounter a day before my purchase at the Peoples location in St.Vital Mall. The Associate there was kind and listened intently to what I told her. I didn't need to clarify that I was looking for a guy even once, which ultimately lead to me buying from Peoples in the end.
If I could give one bit of advice to any Jewellery Sales Associate anywhere it would be to please, do your best to employ active listening skills before making your sales move, it makes everything feel more genuine and less predatory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought gift at the People’s store and was assured that person we are gifting to can return earrings for a full refund with gift receipt. When person we gifted wanted to return the item for refund 3 days after - the store wouldn’t take it. I have to get the gift from her and come to return it myself. Totally lied to me and horrific customer service. Stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here on July 23rd looking to purchase an item. Like others I waited in line because they were at capacity. That was fine but happened next left me very upset. After three people left the store and I was to enter an associate wearing glasses and a light brown blazer told me I would have to wait again for a few more minutes, Why was I told to wait when they were clearly not at capacity and I was up next? I still waited. A few minutes turned to over 20 minutes with no attention from any sales associate especially her. When I waved she ignored me. I am very disappointed as I have never felt this way especially considering there was no sanitization happening and that was the reason I was waiting. She just made me wait for absolutely no reason at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought an anklet here for my wife. We have gone in several times to look over the jewelry however, I have noticed they do not bargain whatsoever. Therefore, if you are looking for a deal, or to barter, like most of the world does, you won't find it here. Other than that, they're basic. Nothing special here, the staff are merely doing there jobs, no enhanced customer service whatsoever. Just is what it is. Basic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Peoples Jewelers yesterady with my friends last night about 8 pm, when we arrived there was an Asian girl(may be Indian) with Black hair working there who approached us, she was not even trying to help us look into something, anything that we asked was responded to badly.
We left the store without buying anything, and ended up ordering online, very bad customer dealing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality. I bought a necklace on Valentine's Day. On the second day, the chain was broken when I was working in my office. I got a warranty on it so I believe they could fix it. However, they told me the warranty is only for diamonds not including the chain. And I also could not return it because the chain was broken. If I want to fix it, I have to pay for it, and it is way more expensive than a new chain. DO NOT buy it as a gift for your love!
