★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so disappointed in this store, I tried to buy a jewelry using my PJ credit card and when finalizing payment it's asking for a security code that will be send to my phone, the lady who assist me said check your e mail I said it's says in your I pad I will receive a text message and she can't wait and she ask me to pay using other card but I didn't use other card I got the security code when I went away to the store but I did not come back coz I don't want to talk to that lady again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went at christmas time to have warranty work done. My ring came back with a large scratch. Tired to get a hold of the company and was told to call the store. I called 3 times and was told each time id be called back and never was. Flash forward a month i went in to try have it dealt with. They say they will send it out to have the scratch buffed out. Will take 3 weeks. Husband gets a call 2 weeks later saying that its too risky to do anything and the ring was sent back to the store for pick up. Get the rings back and now the other ring has the same kind of scratch. I dont know if its from where they are gripping the ring to do work on them or what but both of my rings have large indentations\scratches on them now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were friendly, kind and gave us space to look around. They followed up again after 5-10 minutes and were able to show us incredibly gorgeous rings within our budget.
We found the perfect one and couldn't be happy with ring and the service.
