La demoiselle a ete aussi patiente avec elle qu'avec tout les autres, a tenté de laider à ne pas trop couler (hahahaha) , et ils lui ont meme mis une mignonne veste de flottaison (javais honte mais je riais au larmes!) . Vraiment du bon monde, meme si le chiens est pourri dans leau ;) hihihi I loved ! Well ... my Malinois can't swim all the way, which I wasn't expecting at all .... (Jme laughs !!). The young lady was as patient with her as with everyone else, tried to help her not to sink too much (hahahaha), and they even put on her a cute life jacket (I was ashamed but I was laughing tears!). Really good people, even if the dogs are rotten in the water;) hihihi

Nous sommes en confiance avec eux lorsque nous partons en vacances et, partons l esprit tranquille. On peut dire qu ils ne s ennuie pas à cette garderie. Félicitations pour votre bon travail. Merci à toutes l équipe. Personal strap and, jovial. Very patient and, loves animals. Their grooming is excellent. We trust them when we go on vacation and leave with peace of mind. Ils ont annulé ma réservation la veille de mon départ après leurs heures d’ouverture… Le vendredi après 5h tout est fermé! Alors, expliquez-moi quelle autre option j’aurais pu trouver… Et il n’est nullement question d’un enclos particulier, puisque vous savez très bien qu’il n’y a pas cette option sur votre site. De plus, ma réservation a été faite quelques jours à l’avance et vous aviez amplement le temps d’y répondre à l’intérieur de vos heures ouvrables. Une personne compétente m’aurait proposé une solution accommodante puisque je me suis rendue sur place pour apprendre que ma réservation était annulée! Vous n’avez aucune considération pour vos clients! Inefficient booking platform and incompetent staff. They canceled my reservation the day before I left after their opening hours ... On Friday after 5 a.m. everything is closed! So, explain to me what other option I could have found ... And there is no question of a particular enclosure, since you know very well that there is no such option on your site. In addition, my reservation was made a few days in advance and you had plenty of time to respond to it within your working hours. A competent person would have offered me an accommodating solution since I went there to learn that my reservation was canceled! You have no regard for your customers!

They seem to really care about the animals, and the grooming services are practical to get everything done in one visit. Their prices are a little above average, though.
