★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je loge un appel pour un service, réponse délai possible de quelques jours à semaines, ce avec quoi je pouvais composer. Le lendemain, on me rappelle pour me dire qu’on ne prend pas de nouveau client….bravo pour l’excellent service à la clientèle..on dit oui puis après débrouille-toi!!!!
I lodge a call for a service, possible response time from a few days to weeks, which I could deal with. The next day, I am called back to tell me that we are not taking on new customers….bravo for the excellent customer service..we say yes and then get on with it!!!!
