Thank you so much Brody for all your help today . you were wonderful ! I haven't worn a bra in years and you helped find one that was a proper fit ! And I must say it feels pretty darn good . I was not looking forward to it at all . I didn't feel embarrassed or uncomfortable . you made a nasty experience into a good one .

Amazingly helpful staff. I walked in with a general idea of what I fit and quickly found out I was wrong. The lady was super helpful and very patient and found a size that fit based on my "this is too tight but this is too small" comments. She ended up finding what I believe to be the only one of my size in the whole store. It would be nice if there were more color options in the larger size of bra, but amazing staff.

Store was a disaster; tons of clothing all unfolded and messy. Store was dirty, management is rude and talks about customers while they were still in store and we overheard. As two people who used to work for the company we know the return policy through and through and the management treated us like we were stupid and didn’t know anything, ignorant place. Will not be shopping here; I would rather take my business elsewhere

Firstly, I am not a person that normally leaves a review unless I receive exceptional service then I will let the store manager know. In this case it is quite the opposite, after a lot of thought I felt you needed to be aware of how your staff treat your customers. In need of purchasing a couple new bras, so my daughter and I both finally having a same day off decided to hang out together and get a bit of shopping done that we had both been putting off, we drove across town to the local store as I believe in shopping in person before resorting to online shopping even though I detest shopping of any kind. I only found 1 in stock in my size which had some of the stitching coming out, the salesperson offered me a final sale 25% discount which I accepted. I inquired as to when new stock would be coming and if more of the size required would be stocked anytime soon, she told me to order what I needed online, I am fully aware but that is not what I asked. The tone and attitude of being inconvenienced by this question made me immediately regret being in store. She looked thru the stock and handed me larger size bras to try on telling me with some adjustment they should fit, I was mortified by this statement as was my daughter. We both work in retail, my daughter has been an assistant manager in 2 stores and is a certified bra fitter so I do know exactly what size will fit and what will not. At this point I just want to purchase the 1 item I have in hand and leave, the salesperson (grudgingly) offered to order online for me through the store which I accepted believing the items would be shipped to the store. I decided to order 2 bras since the sale was buy one get second for 30% off plus the one bra I handed her which she had offered a 25% discount for and then after letting her know what color I wanted the other 2 bras in she told me that the color was not available so after a bit of going back and forth about color options, none of which I was keen about as they would show thru my lighter colored work shirts I finally settled on 2 colors, upon paying for my purchases was handed the receipt, I asked for the bra I had handed her a moment before believing I had purchased it to which she replied that she had added a 3rd bra that I am paying full price for to my online order that I will receive in 10-12 days, tracking # will be sent via email, no need to return to the store. I replied that I was under the impression the items would be shipped to the store as I am not comfortable having items left on my door step, can they be held for pickup? NO, GOODBYE! Getting into my vehicle I went online and found the item color had 1 but not 2 in stock online that I had been completely declined by sales staff. Reviewing my receipt I noticed my ESM coupon had also been ignored. If I could leave a negative star review I would, this was by far my worst shopping experience ever! I left 1 star as I could not post without being forced to leave at least that. Definitely will be looking into purchasing from elsewhere in the future.

I called ahead, asked for prices on a few items... was looking for Scrubs...but found a couple of t-shirts and a pair of yoga pants....picked up some socks...bonus!! The lady that helped me was on her 'A' game, when I walked into the store. I will definitely be back again, in the future.

This isn't a huge store but it has a nice selection of Plus Size women's clothing. The stores products are always so tidy and the place looks spotless! The exclusive female, sales personnel, are always very knowledgeable of the products and extremely helpful and accommodating. It's always a pleasure shopping at the Prince George Penningtons.

I hate shopping, mean I refuse most of the time to buy clothes… To look for clothes, to make the effort to try clothing on so I can see if it fits me or not! So saying that a clothing store is passable is something for me I found everybody at the store to be decent the manager was quite nice when I went back the second time and purchased more clothing because my husband insists that he buy things for me There seem to be an air of friendliness although on Saturday when I went and initially to purchase a pair of pants and a T-shirt with a very nice young lady who attempted to help me and the rest of the staff did not seem inclined to approach or attempt to create a rapport… Overall I am satisfied with the store, it is clean, the fitting rooms are large with good lighting and all the clothing seems very well organized in size and brand and what not I found what I felt I needed and a few things that I really liked easily and quickly.

I find shopping for clothes a chore that I will normally avoid if I am able. Unfortunately I had a pretty important even that I needed to attend last minute and lo and behold had nothing to wear. Usually Penningtons is not my go to store as they do not carry clothes that the modern woman would usually be interested in. But a friend let me know that they had some really pretty stuff. So I gave it a try. Upon entry my party and I were basically ignored. When we asked for a change room, again we were ignored. Not happy, but again I really needed something on short notice. Upon trying to select some shoes apparently the main office does not send all sizes down to this branch. Which is upsetting in itself as this store is suppose to be size inclusive and a one stop shop for people of a bigger build. I’m so very disappointed in this Prince George branch. I won’t be coming back again.
