You can exchange or return your online item to them and be refunded. As long as you got what they needed, like your receipt. Since I am a member of their Old Navy card, it is easier to track my order.
Lots of on sale items that were hidden at the back. I go directly there to buy good clothing for my kids and for myself.
I am missing this store since we move.
