β β β β β Near shopping plaza accross street. Parking is very limited and some are 60 minutes free. Easy access the building. No HWY nearby. Washroom is clean. Many suites inside with limited space. Front counter help available. Environment is quiet, clean with central air.

β β β β β 0/5 do not recommend. Tried to double-bill me on a five-year-old invoice and asked me to locate a 5 year old receipt to prove payment. I was there for one month spring 2015 now it's spring 2020.
Paid. Five. Years. Ago.
Busy ppl have no time for nonsense.

β β β β β Professional, clean and efficiently run business center. It definitely beats driving all the way out to Vancouver to work....there is no commute for me, as it is a couple blocks from my home! Very happy to have discovered this place to get work done and meet with clients for appointments.

Their services are reasonably priced and as your business grows, you can add administrative services to offset hiring additional staff or add more to your to do list. Highly recommend them.
