T	The Sage Universe (Sage) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great parcel pick-up place for regular sized items you can carry. It's not the place to pick up large items like furniture. The staff, especially Jared are very polite, informative, kind, professional and helpful. Great place, I highly recommend.

However, if you enter through the St. George Street entrance, it's more direct with fewer twists and turns. The location is under a little nook of sorts. Reminds me of some kind of play fort or something, but don't let the look deceive you. It somehow works. I came here to pick up an IKEA order and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. It was fast and convenient. I only came here because IKEA wouldn't deliver to the other Penguin Pickup locations closer to me, but it was fine.
E	Em on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience and I'll never trust them. We waited months to get an out-of-stock product from Ikea and had it sent to College St. location when finally available. When I went to pick it up I was told it had already been collected (not by me), but they would follow up by end-of-day about the the situation. No one called. I eventually learned my item was given to someone else, but I had to put in the work over several days to get that important piece of information. I get that mistakes happen but the way this was handled felt dismissive, to say the least. I had to put a lot of time, effort, listening to bad "Peanuts gang style" hold music to get responses that felt like shrugs, and simply told to "call Ikea" by College St Penguin. Why? Not Ikea's fault or problem and I just wanted my item. Eventually an employee (3rd person I spoke with) at the general line took took the time to follow up and call back. Thank you to that guy. The product we've been needing is sold out again so, we're out of luck. My final update (this went on for a week) was, "yep, someone with a similar name was given your order and that's that." Store supervisor, L.C., didn't have the decency to call, as promised, and that's too bad. A lot of "run around" and ill feelings could have been avoided. It wasn't so much the error, though annoying, but the aloof, "oh well, move on", way of handling it was the kicker.
D	Daria Konoplianko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The IKEA order pickup went smoothly. The staff was nice and the transaction took 2 min. Directions: enter the wooden door that says “The Book Store” from St George St - walk in past the first glass arch, right to a Second Cup stand - turn left and you’ll see the penguin logo - its there in the narrow hallway I suggest the owner of the business uploads some pics on here for reference, so that it’s easier for everyone to find :)
